How do I put the links in to add an email address to my name and to link my character sheet to the character page?

Page names cannot contain spaces. If you go to your characters page then rename (bottom left link) and remove the spaces, it will work. If you look at all the other pages that link, you will see that they contain no spaces or strange characters.
